对DTL160型带式输送机的传动滚筒结构进行分析与研究,结合工程实际运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对滚筒的疲劳寿命进行分析,发现传动滚筒的筒体中间区域的疲劳寿命最薄弱,需要采取措施提升筒体中间区域的寿命。在传动滚筒中间区域设置一个支撑环可有效提升滚筒的强度和刚度,通过改变支撑环宽度进行研究分析,最终确定支撑环的宽度为5mm。将研究得到的传动滚筒结构应用于煤矿工程实践中进行应用验证,通过观察与记录,发现新的传动滚筒具有良好的运行稳定性,技术人员评估认为使用寿命可以延长20%以上,为煤矿企业创造了很好的经济效益。可以为提高煤矿带式输送机传动滚筒的性能,提升设备运行稳定性和安全性提供参考。
Structural Improvement and Application Research of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Drive Roller
Analysis and research on the structure of the drive roller of DTL160 belt conveyor,combined with the actual use of finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyse the fatigue life of the roller,and found that the fatigue life of the middle area of the cylinder of the drive roller is the weakest,and measures need to be taken to improve the life of the middle area of the cylinder.Setting a support ring in the middle area of the transmission drum can effectively improve the strength and stiffness of the drum,by changing the width of the support ring for research and analysis,and finally determine the width of the support ring for 5 mm.the research will be applied to the transmission drum structure in the coal mine engineering practice to verify the application of the observation and records,found that the new transmission drum has a good operational stability,the technical personnel assessment that the service life can be extended by more than 20%,which can provide a good solution for the coal mine.The technical personnel assessed that the service life can be extended by more than 20%,which creates good economic benefits for the coal mine enterprises.It can provide a reference for improving the performance of belt conveyor drive roller in coal mine and enhancing the stability and safety of equipment operation.
