Evaluation of Rotor Strength and Optimisation of Drive Parameters for Miniaturisation of Rubber Compacting Machines
In order to further improve the performance of the rubber compacting machine to ensure that the quality of the manufactured rubber meets the requirements of actual production,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the overall structure of the rubber compacting machine,based on the finite element simulation and analysis model constructed by the UG and ANSYS software,focusing on the comprehensive analysis of the strain and stress of the front rotor under the actual working conditions,to verify that the strength of the rotor meets the requirements of the production;finally,to address the problem of poor stability in the transmission process based on the finite element simulation analysis model,the rotor strength assessment and transmission parameter miniaturisation is conducted.Finally,the transmission parameters of the front and rear rotors of the rubber refiner are optimised based on MATLAB software to ensure that their stiffness and strength meet the requirements on the basis of reducing the size of the transmission mechanism and improving the miniaturisation of the transmission system.
