2DYS3075型圆振动筛优化改进及力学分析

为进一步探究振动筛的运行特点和优化策略,以部分煤矿企业常用的2DYS3075型圆振动筛作为研究对象,在建立其动力学模型的基础上,进一步建立有限元仿真分析所需的圆振动筛三维模型,以此对其应力和应变情况进行分析,再根据应力及应变分析结果,对研究的2DYS3075型圆振动筛进行优化改进。结果显示,优化改进后的圆振动筛在应力和应变两项指标上均有显著改善,表明此次优化工作取得初步成功,能够为后续研究提供一定参考借鉴。
Optimisation Improvement and Mechanical Analysis of 2DYS3075 Circular Vibrating Screen
In order to further explore the operating characteristics and optimization strategy of vibrating screen,the article takes 2DYS3075 circular vibrating screen commonly used in some coal mining enterprises as the research object,and further establishes the three-dimensional model of the circular vibrating screen required for finite element simulation analysis on the basis of establishing its dynamics model,so as to analyze its stress and strain,and then optimize and improve the 2DYS3075 circular vibrating screen for the present study according to the results of the stress and strain analysis.Based on the results of the stress and strain analysis,the 2DYS3075 circular vibrating screen of this study is optimised and improved.The results show that the optimised circular vibrating screen has significant improvement in both stress and strain indicators,indicating that the optimisation work has achieved preliminary success,and can provide some reference for subsequent research.
