Energy-saving Optimisation Design of Frequency Conversion Speed Regulator for High Voltage Motors in Thermal Power Plants
Aiming at the current problems of excessive energy consumption and insufficient energy-saving and emission reduction effect of electric motors in thermal power plants,a frequency conversion speed control device based on permanent magnetic frequency conversion speed control technology is proposed, and the new device is controlled through the air gap of the motor, which in turn achieves the purpose of reducing the power consumption of the motor. The results of the study show that the overall load of the motor starts to show a decrease after the addition of the device and the power consumption is reduced. The output power of the motor is significantly reduced and the operating life of the motor is improved after the addition of the frequency conversion speed control device to the motor. It can be seen that the operating power of the generator in thermal power plants is reduced after adding the frequency conversion speed control device and the operating energy consumption of the motor is reduced, and this study provides a new idea for research in this direction.
