为进一步探究如何提升液压支架顶梁部位的运行质量,以煤矿企业常用的ZZ5000型液压支架为研究对象,在建立液压支架仿真模型的基础上,分别对底座与前连杆铰接点相对位置的上下误差、底座与后连杆铰接点相对位置的上下误差、掩护梁前后连杆铰接点相对位置的上下误差、掩护梁长度误差的上下偏差四个角度着手,探究上述偏差如何影响液压支架的运行质量,而后通过多变量遗传算法对上述指标进行优化,结果显示,优化后的液压支架四连杆有效支撑了液压支架支护准确度的提升。
Analysis of Force on Four-Link Mechanism of ZZ5000 Hydraulic Support
In order to further investigate how to improve the operation quality of the roof beam part of the hydraulic support,the ZZ5000 hydraulic support commonly used in coal mining enterprises is taken as the object of research.Based on the establishment of the simulation model of the hydraulic support,the up and down errors of the relative positions of the base and the front linkage hinge point,the up and down errors of the base and the rear linkage hinge point,and the up and down errors of the front and rear linkage hinge points of the cover beam,as well as the up and down deviations of the cover beam length errors are analysed from four perspectives.The results show that the optimised hydraulic support four-link rod effectively supports the improvement of the support accuracy of the hydraulic support.
