采煤机摇臂振动特性分析及优化设计研究

以MG620/1660-WD采煤机为研究对象,结合采煤机在日常工作过程中动态载荷特性,对其受力情况进行分析优化其动态特性,增加其使用强度,实现第二阶模态的改变,从而增加采煤机摇臂工作的稳定性。最后通过开展采煤机摇臂振动试验,验证其模型的可行性和可靠性。
Research on Vibration Characteristic Analysis and Optimisation Design of Rocker Arm of Coal Mining Machine
Taking MG620/1660-WD coal mining machine as the research object,combining with the dynamic load characteristics of the coal mining machine in the process of daily work,we analyse and optimize the dynamic characteristics of its force situation,increase the intensity of its use,and realize the change of the second-order modal state,so as to increase the stability of the rocker arm of the coal mining machine.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the model is verified by carrying out the vibration test of the rocker arm of coal mining machine.
