Contact static Analysis of Double Wedge Semi-Automatic Rope Gripper for GD Type Mine Steel Wire Rope Belt Conveyor
In order to further explore how to maintain long-term stable operation of mining belt conveyor,this study takes the double wedge semi-automatic rope clamp part of GD type mine steel wire rope traction belt conveyor as the research object,and carries out the research through static analysis method.Based on the modeling of the rope holder,the stress and deformation of the rope holder in both horizontal and vertical directions are studied,according to which the key parts of the rope holder need to be optimized are determined,and according to the simulation analysis results,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving friction and improving material strength,in order to provide some reference for future related research work.
