空气压缩机隔振装置的设计优化

在污水处理中,空气压缩机有着广泛用途,可为各处理系统提供可靠动力支持。结合污水设备维护记录看,压缩机运转存在较大的振动幅度,是产生故障的主要诱导因素,需要开展隔振减振的优化。为此,结合工况先提出基于柔性基础装置的隔振方案,并做好改造要点的分析,确保拆卸、地基处理、隔振装置制造和焊接安装等作业具有可靠性。最后,进行改造方案的试用,经过数据分析减振前后压缩机整体的振动位移值、速度值有着显著降低,证明隔振装置的减振效果良好。
Design Optimisation of Vibration Isolation Devices for Air Compressors
In wastewater treatment,air compressor has a wide range of uses,can provide reliable power support for the treatment system.Combined with the sewage equipment maintenance records,the compressor operation there is a large amplitude of vibration,is the main inducing factor of failure,the need to carry out the optimisation of vibration isolation and damping.To this end,a vibration isolation programme based on a flexible foundation device was first proposed in the light of the working conditions,and an analysis of the key points of the retrofit was carried out to ensure the reliability of the dismantling,foundation treatment,vibration isolation device fabrication and welding and installation operations.Finally,the trial of the transformation programme is carried out,and after data analysis,the overall vibration displacement value and velocity value of the compressor before and after vibration reduction are significantly reduced,which proves that the vibration isolation device has a good vibration reduction effect.
