采面刮板输送机与采煤机协同控制技术研究

摘要
针对煤矿采面刮板输送机与采煤机协同控制问题,介绍一种基于模糊算法的采面刮板输送机与采煤机协同控制系统设计方案.该系统主要由采煤机机载调速模块、刮板输送机机载调速模块及顺槽远程协同调速模块构成,3个模块在基于模糊算法的PID控制方案调控下,共同对两设备运行速度进行调节,确保两设备同时处于最佳运行状态,提升整个煤矿生产作业效率与质量,确认该系统具有良好的应用价值.
Abstract
Aiming at the cooperative control problem of coal mining face scraper conveyor and coal mining machine,a fuzzy algorithm-based cooperative control system design scheme for mining face scraper conveyor and coal mining machine is introduced.The system is mainly composed of on-board speed control module of coal mining machine,on-board speed control module of scraper conveyor and remote cooperative speed control module of downstream channel,the three modules are regulated by PID control programme based on fuzzy algorithm to regulate the running speed of the two equipments,to ensure that the two equipments are in the optimal running state at the same time,and to improve the whole efficiency and quality of the coal mine production,which confirms that the system has a good value of application.
