摘要
针对矿用输送机液压张紧控制存在的响应速度慢的问题,设计了皮带张紧的双重控制系统,其中以变频控制作为快速响应部分,以液压控制作为慢速响应部分,二者结合实现皮带张紧的快速与稳定调控.应用表明,该系统张紧调节速度快,性能稳定.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of slow response speed of hydraulic tensioning control of mining conveyor,a dual control system of belt tensioning is designed,in which the frequency conversion control is used as the fast response part and the hydraulic control is used as the slow response part,and the combination of the two realizes the fast and stable regulation and control of belt tensioning.The application shows that the system has fast tensioning regulation and stable performance.
