针对燕子山矿井下胶带机运行成本高、可靠性差、智能化程度低等问题,对现有胶带机控制系统进行智能化改造。现场应用表明:优化后的胶带机智能化控制系统运行平稳可靠,实现了煤量实时监测、钢丝绳芯无损监测、异物实时监测、关键部位故障诊断与预警功能,单条胶带机每年可节省运行费用88。9万元,实现了原煤输送节能降耗、安全高效、延长设备寿命的目的。
Optimization and Application of Intelligent Control System for Belt Conveyor
In response to the high operating cost,poor reliability,and low level of intelligence of the underground belt conveyor in Yanzishan Mine,an intelligent transformation has been carried out on the existing belt conveyor control system.The on-site application shows that the intelligent control system of the belt conveyor runs smoothly and reliably,achieving real-time monitoring of coal quantity,non-destructive monitoring of steel wire rope core,real-time monitoring of foreign objects,and diagnosis and warning of key parts'faults.A single belt conveyor can save 889000 yuan in operating costs annually,The goal of energy conservation,consumption reduction,safety and efficiency,and extending the service life of the equipment for raw coal transportation has been achieved.
