摘要
ZB45卷烟机是我国大部分卷烟厂正在使用的中速包装机,是国产烟机的主流机型,具有稳定性良好、控制精度高、维护成本低、扩展性强等优点.然而ZB45包装机条缺包检测的检测精度较低,在实际生产中可能造成缺包产品漏检,具有一定的质量隐患.基于此,研究了一种ZB45包装机盒缺包检测装置的改造方式,可有效提高烟条缺包检出率.
Abstract
ZB45 cigarette machine is a medium-speed packaging machine being used in most of the cigarette factories in China,and it is the mainstream model of domestic cigarette machine,with the advantages of good stability,high control accuracy,low maintenance cost,and strong expandability.However,the detection accuracy of ZB45 packer strip missing packet detection is low,which may cause missing packet products to be missed in actual production,and has certain quality hidden danger.Based on this,a modification way of ZB45 packing machine box missing packet detection device is studied,which can effectively improve the detection rate of cigarette strip missing packet.
