Design of Intelligent Control System for Belt Conveyor Based on Energy Saving Optimization
Based on the interval two-type fuzzy algorithm to design the matching algorithm of belt speed and coal flow,and through the design of robust two-degree-of-freedom PID algorithm to control the speed of the motor of the conveyor,in order to design the automatic energy-saving control system of the belt conveyor,and after the simulation and verification of the whole energy-saving system under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink,it is found that the intelligent control system of the belt conveyor based on the energy-saving optimization It is found that the intelligent control system of belt conveyor based on energy-saving optimization not only realizes obvious improvement in rise time,adjustment time and absolute error,but also the actual belt speed of conveyor is not only close to the desired belt speed,but even slightly exceeds it in most cases.
