摘要
以设计的薄煤层液压支架电液控制系统以Client/Server为基础,采集液压支架支柱压力信息实现对综采工作面液压支架实时动态观察.井下工作人员能够通过电液控制系统的下位机对液压支架进行系统控制.最后通过试验完成了对液压支架电液控制系统的功能性测试,验证了薄煤层液压支架电液控制系统的基本功能设计.
Abstract
The electro-hydraulic control system of the thin coal seam hydraulic support is designed based on Client/Server,which collects the pressure information of the hydraulic support pillars and realises real-time dynamic observation of the hydraulic support in the face of comprehensive mining.The underground staff is able to systematically control the hydraulic support through the lower computer of the electro-hydraulic control system.Finally,the functional test of the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system is completed through the test,which verifies the basic functional design of the electro-hydraulic control system of the hydraulic support in thin coal seam.
