重介质洗煤密度液位协调控制系统方案研究

以宁夏某洗煤厂为例,对重介质洗煤的原理及生产工艺进行详细介绍,针对洗煤厂的控制系统大多都只关注密度的控制而忽视了液位调节的问题,结合现有条件提出了不连续加介情况下的密度液位协调控制方案,并在控制过程中使用了模糊控制算法进一步提高控制精度和稳定性,通过实际测试最终验证了该方案具有高精度的控制效果且能够稳定运行,能够满足重介质洗煤的自动控制相关要求,大大提高了洗煤系统的自动化水平。
Study on Coordinated Control System of Heavy Medium Coal Separation Density and Liquid Level
Taking a coal washing plant in Ningxia as an example,the principle and production process of heavy medium coal washing are introduced in detail.Most of the control systems in coal washing plants only focus on density control while ignoring liquid level regulation.Combined with the existing conditions,a coordinated control scheme of density and liquid level under discontinuous addition is proposed.The fuzzy control algorithm is used in the control process to further improve the control accuracy and stability.The actual test finally verifies that the scheme has a high-precision control effect and can run stably,which can meet the requirements of automatic control of heavy medium coal washing,and greatly improves the automation level of the coal washing system.
