摘要

主轴承是航空发动机主要工作部件,其作用可比做发动机的心脏,由于航空发动机主轴承工作环境恶劣,高速重载,并且接触力长期反复作用等,所以极容易引起疲劳、裂纹、剥蚀、压痕、断裂、胶着、烧损等现象,最终将使轴承受到阻滞和卡死,造成发动机轴承的失效.而主轴承一旦失效,对发动机带来严重或灾难性的后果.航空发动机主轴承的主要失效形式为疲劳剥落、裂纹与断裂、磨损、腐蚀与锈蚀、打滑蹭伤、压痕与划伤、大碳化物、尺寸变化等.

Abstract

The main bearing is the main working part of the aero-engine,and its role can be compared to the heart of the engine.Due to the harsh working environment of the main bearing of the aero-engine,the high speed and heavy load,and the contact force of the long term repeated action and so on,so it is very easy to cause fatigue,cracks,spalling,indentation,fracture,adhesion,bums and so on,and eventually will make the bearing to be blocked and jammed,resulting in the failure of the engine bearings.Once the main bearing fails,it will bring serious or catastrophic consequences to the engine.The main failure forms of main bearings of aero-engine are fatigue spalling,cracks and fractures,wear,corrosion and rust,slippage and scuffing,indentation and scoring,large carbide,dimensional changes,etc.
