Analysis of Common Faults and Treatment of Coal Mine Roadheading Machine
Taking the tunneling construction in the working face of a mine as an example,after understanding the basic structure and common faults of the tunneling machine,we analyse the causes of the hydraulic system failure,electrical system failure and other aspects,and make it clear that internal and external factors such as aging of parts,external environment and other internal and external factors interfere with it.Secondly,a comprehensive troubleshooting programme is carried out from the aspects of fault diagnosis,fault analysis and treatment methods.Finally,the practical application of the fault treatment programme can improve the fault treatment efficiency of the roadheader and reduce the failure rate,which is conducive to improving the safety of roadheading.
