Analysis of the Causes of Discolouration of Metro Vehicle Gearbox Lubricant and Its Treatment
Aiming at the phenomenon of lubricant discolouration in the gearbox of metro vehicles,we study the causes of lubricant discolouration in terms of structural analysis of the gearbox,decomposition and inspection of the gearbox,comparative analysis of the composition of the discoloured lubricant and verification of the relevant tests,etc.,and put forward effective preventive and corrective measures and suggestions for the phenomenon to reduce the incidence of lubricant discolouration through the optimization of labyrinth sealing structure,optimization of the structure of the oiling screw plugs and improvement of the assembly process.Through the labyrinth seal structure design optimisation,refuelling screw plug structure optimisation,improvement of assembly process and other methods to reduce the occurrence of lubricant discolouration,thus reducing the cost of oil change and improving user experience.
