摘要

结合煤矿设备中通风机叶片主要存在的各种类型缺陷,分析了风机叶片铸造缺陷以及叶片裂纹缺陷在渗透检测过程中的具体表现,以矿用风机不同材料的叶片为例,探讨了矿用风机叶片使用渗透检测方法策略,并且针对渗透时间和显像时间在渗透检测过程中对缺陷的产生的迹痕显示出的不同问题,提出了相应的应对措施.

Abstract

Combined with the various types of defects that mainly exist in the ventilator blade in the coal mine equipment,the casting defects of the fan blade and the crack defects of the blade are analysed in the process of penetration detection of the specific performance of the fan blade,taking the blade of different materials of the mining fan as an example,exploring the use of the penetration detection method of the blade of the mining fan strategy,and for the time of penetration and the time of visualization in the process of penetration detection of defects produced by the traces of the different problems put forward corresponding countermeasures.Problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
