Analysis of Bearing Clearance of Mining Cutting Reducer
During normal excavation operations,the cutting reducer experienced oil leakage.After multiple on-site investigations and further analysis,it was found that the floating seal was mostly damaged.Based on the structural distribution of the cutting reducer,it was pointed out that the clearance of the rolling bearing is directly related to the oil leakage of the reducer;Explain the calculation method of bearing clearance and propose that the impact of oil pollution,impact vibration,and other factors on bearing clearance calculation should be considered in conjunction with practical application conditions,in order to improve the accuracy of clearance calculation and provide certain reference and reference for industry related design practitioners.
