摘要
针对汽车零件结构复杂难以获取准确外形数据,逆向工程及检测技术可以有效的解决该问题.探讨逆向设计与检测技术在汽车制造领域的设计高效、研发周期短和设计成本低等应用优势,以某型号汽车座椅扶手零件设计为实例,简述逆向建模与检测流程和实现方法,通过重建后的三维几何模型与原始CAD数据进行误差分析比较,为维修和加工制造提供了数据支撑.
Abstract
For the complex structure of automotive parts that are difficult to obtain accurate shape data,reverse engineering and inspection technology can effectively solve the problem.Explore the application advantages of reverse design and inspection technology in the field of automobile manufacturing,such as high design efficiency,short development cycle and low design cost,take the design of a certain model of automobile seat armrest parts as an example,briefly describe the reverse modelling and inspection process and implementation methods,through the reconstructed three-dimensional geometric model and the original CAD data for the comparison of the error analysis,which provides data support for the maintenance and processing and manufacturing.
