摘要
螺栓是最常见的紧固件之一,受应力、腐蚀等作用,容易产生裂纹缺陷,可能导致螺栓断裂,所以需要对螺栓进行检测.而相控阵超声检测具有灵敏度高、信噪比高、缺陷易识别等诸多优点,故对螺栓进行检测时首选相控阵检测.基于此,在分析螺栓缺陷的基础上,综述了相控阵检测技术对螺栓检测的方法,可准确检测缺陷,减少事故发生.
Abstract
Bolt is one of the most common fasteners.It is easy to produce crack defects due to stress,corrosion and other effects,which may lead to bolt fracture.Therefore,it is necessary to detect bolts.Phased array ultrasonic testing has many advantages such as high sensitivity,high signal-to-noise ratio,and easy identification of defects.Therefore,phased array testing is preferred when testing bolts.Based on the analysis of bolt defects,this paper summarizes the methods of bolt detection by phased array detection technology,which can accurately detect defects and reduce accidents.
