为提高煤矿井下带式输送机驱动装置集中程度、运行可靠性,结合现场情况提出将永磁直驱电机应用到驱动系统改造中.对驱动系统改造前后带式输送机技术参数进行分析,并结合带式输送机运输需求,对驱动电机、输送带、逆止器及制动闸等关键设备进行选型分析.对带式输送机驱动系统改造完成后,驱动系统更为可靠,可提供更大的转距并提高驱动装置集中程度.
Application of Permanent Magnet Direct-Drive Motor in Underground Belt Conveyor Drive System Modification
In order to improve the degree of concentration and operational reliability of the drive device of underground belt conveyor in coal mine,it is proposed to apply permanent magnet direct-drive motor to the transformation of the drive system by combining with the field situation.The technical parameters of the belt conveyor before and after the transformation of the drive system are analysed,and the key equipments such as the drive motor,conveyor belt,backstop and brake brake are selected and analysed in combination with the transport demand of the belt conveyor.After the modification of the belt conveyor drive system is completed,the drive system is more reliable,which can provide a larger turning distance and improve the degree of concentration of the drive device.
