三电平变频器在立式提升机应用研究

以提升机调速系统为研究对象,为提高其运行效率、可靠性和调速性能,进而实现高效生产采用三电平整流器的低开关频率预测控制,提出了一种新的提升机设计方案.为了增加提升机的运行可靠性,提出了同时基双绕组电励磁同步电机定向控制策略,并设计了容错方案和绕组切换装置来确保在单个变频器发生故障时能够及时切换,使提升机能够在半速全载条件下运行,通过对提升机的调速原理与参数进行设计设计.
Application of Three-Level Inverter in Vertical Elevator
Taking the hoist speed control system as the research object,a new hoist design scheme is proposed to improve its operation efficiency,reliability and speed control performance,and then realise the high efficiency production using the low switching frequency predictive control of three-level rectifier.In order to increase the operational reliability of the hoist,a simultaneous base double winding electro-excited synchronous motor directional control strategy is proposed,and a fault-tolerant scheme and winding switching device are designed to ensure timely switching in the event of failure of a single frequency converter,so that the hoist can be operated under half-speed full-load conditions,through the design of the speed regulation principle and parameters of the hoist design design.
