摘要
喷嘴作为水射流系统中能量转化元件,其稳定性直接决定了射流的性能,在前混合磨料水射流中至关重要.喷嘴的失效形式主要是由于磨损造成.通过研究传统喷嘴的磨损机理,设计出由锥面与曲面组成的两段式收缩的喷嘴结构.基于正交法,针对影响喷嘴性能的因素进行分析研究,使优化结构在兼具流场性能时具有更小的磨损.结果表明,通过增加曲面收缩段能够有效的降低磨损,最大冲蚀磨损降低96.34%.
Abstract
As an energy conversion component in a water jet system,the stability of the nozzle directly determines the performance of the jet,which is crucial in premixed abrasive water jets.The failure mode of the nozzle is mainly caused by wear and tear.This study designed a two-stage contraction nozzle structure consisting of a conical surface and a curved surface by studying the wear mechanism of traditional nozzles.Based on the orthogonal method,analyze and study the factors that affect the performance of the nozzle,so as to optimize the structure with less wear when combining flow field performance.The results show that increasing the contraction section of the curved surface can effectively reduce wear,and the maximum erosion wear is reduced by 96.34%.
