应用CFD对传统干燥箱进行数值模拟及优化设计

箱式干燥机是最重要的果蔬干燥设备之一。传统的底侧进风式干燥设备存在的最大缺点就是物料干燥不均匀即在同一干燥条件下的一批同种类的被干物料其最终产品的含水率差距很大。为了解决这一问题,通过CFD软件FLUENT对底侧进风式干燥箱进行干燥箱内气流场及温度场模拟,根据模拟结果提出改进方案并与底侧进风式干燥箱进行分析比较,最终确定其设计的合理性。
Numerical Simulation and Optimisation of Conventional Drying Chamber by CFD Application
Box dryer is one of the most important fruit and vegetable drying equipment.The biggest disadvantage of the traditional bottom-side air inlet drying equipment is that the material drying is not uniform,i.e.,there is a big difference in the moisture content of the final product of a batch of the same kind of dried material under the same drying conditions.In order to solve this problem,through the CFD software FLUENT on the bottom side of the air inlet drying box for the drying box airflow field and temperature field simulation,according to the simulation results proposed to improve the programme and the bottom side of the air inlet drying box to analyse and compare,and ultimately to determine the reasonableness of its design.
