摘要

以ZJC2X1040/30/42型超前支架为研究对象,介绍一种超前支架应力分析与材料力学强度分析方法.首先,利用SolidWorks软件构建超前支架的有限元模型,然后以此为基础,通过Ansys软件对支架模型进行分析,确定出支架横梁、纵梁的受力情况与材料力学强度,以此寻找出超前支架的薄弱点,有利于超前支架结构的优化设计,确认该方法具有一定应用价值.

Abstract

Taking ZJC2X1040/30/42 type overrun bracket as an example,a method of overrun bracket stress analysis and material mechanical strength analysis is introduced.First of all,the use of Solid Works software to build the finite element model of the overrun bracket,and then as a basis,through the Ansys software to analyse the bracket model,to determine the force of the bracket beams,longitudinal beams and the mechanical strength of the material,so as to find out the weak points of the overrun bracket,which is conducive to the optimization of the design of the structure of the overrun bracket,to confirm that the method has a certain value of application.
