Force Analysis of Shearer Drum Based on EDEM under Different Traction Speeds
Taking the MG500/1180-WD coal mining machine as the research object,a three-dimensional simulation model was established using EDEM discrete element simulation software.The influence of coal rock block size and roof pressure on the cutting performance of the coal mining machine was comprehensively considered.The dynamic process of the coal mining machine cutting coal rock at different pushing speeds was studied,and the three-dimensional load situation of the drum was obtained to determine a reasonable traction speed.
