摘要
通过对UVW平台进行定位精度测试,并对测试数据进行分析,提出了影响滚珠丝杠传动系统定位精度的主要因素.并对主要影响因素进行具体分析,指出了提高滚珠丝杠传动系统定位精度的方法.
Abstract
By testing the positioning accuracy of UVW platform and analyzing the test data,the main factors affecting the positioning accuracy of ball screw drive system are proposed.And the main influencing factors are specifically analyzed,and the method to improve the positioning accuracy of the ball screw drive system is pointed out.
