针对调度绞车减速器箱体易受损的情况,以JDC-110型矿用调度绞车为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的调度绞车减速器箱体力学分析方法。首先,利用减速器箱体规格尺寸、制作材料的参数,构建出箱体有限元模型,然后以此为基础,由软件自动对箱体的静力学特点与模态分布特点予以分析,从而展示出减速器箱体的受力情况,寻找出箱体中存在的缺陷,以此为箱体结构优化设计提供支持。

For scheduling winch reducer box easy to damage the situation,to JDC-110 type mine scheduling winch as an example,to introduce a finite element analysis based on scheduling winch reducer box mechanical analysis method.First of all,using the specification size of the reducer case,the parameters of the production material,to build a case finite element model,and then based on this,the software automatically analyzes the static characteristics of the case and the modal distribution characteristics,so as to show the stress situation of the reducer case,to find out the defects that exist in the case,so as to provide support for the optimization of the case structure design.
