Vibration Response Characteristic Analysis of FBCDZ to Rotary Axial Fan
In order to further explore the basic performance and possible optimization path of FBCDZ fan,this paper establishes a simulation model of FBCDZ fan combined with the basic structural parameters of FBCDZ fan,and analyzes the vibration response characteristics of the fan through dynamic analysis and modal analysis methods.The results show that,under normal working conditions(740rpm),the fan can be used to simulate the FBCDZ fan.In theory,the fan does not have resonance,and the two indexes of fatigue strength and vibration speed meet the requirements of relevant standards.The problem of high vibration speed exists only under high load conditions(1000rpm),which can be solved by increasing the material strength.At the same time,there is no significant difference between the field measured results and the simulation results,so this study can provide reference for the subsequent optimization operations.
