Welding Process and Welding Control Program Design of LNG Storage Tanks
With the continuous expansion of modem LNG use,the application of LNG storage tanks is increasing,and ensuring the quality of LNG storage tanks meets the specified requirements can improve the safety of the whole LNG use.When LNG storage tanks are fabricated,attention should be paid to the welding of the tanks,and a reasonable way should be adopted to control the welding process of the storage tanks.Based on this,a liquefied natural gas project as a research object,through a brief introduction to the basic situation of the project,described the LNG tank welding process test and welding method,and then based on this,analyzed the welding quality control methods,in order to improve the quality of LNG tank welding to provide support.
