Experimental Study on the Optimization of Main Processing Parameters of Ultrasonic Rolling of Laser Melted Cladding Layer
In order to achieve a better effect of light finishing and strengthening of laser cladding layer, ultrasonic rolling method is adopted to process the laser cladding layer and optimize its main processing parameters. The results show that:with the increase of rolling speed, the surface roughness of the specimen firstly decreases and then increases, the hardness and residual pressure do not change much, when the rolling speed reaches 2 100 mm/min,the surface roughness reaches 0.145 μm at the lowest level, the hardness is 59.4 HRC,and the residual pressure is-415 MPa.With the increase of the number of rolling times, the surface roughness of the workpiece firstly decreases and then increases, the hardness firstly increases and then decreases, and the hardness firstly increases and then increases, and the hardness firstly increases and then decreases, and the hardness firstly increases and then increases, and then increases, and then increases, and then increases, and then increases, and then increases, and then increases. With the increase of rolling times, the surface roughness of the workpiece decreases and then increases, the hardness firstly increases and then decreases, the residual pressure does not change, after 9 rounds of continuous rolling, the surface roughness reaches 0.152 μ m,the hardness is 58.9,and the residual pressure is 444.5 MPa.
