多工况下采煤机截齿疲劳强度可靠性分析

对采煤机截齿进行多工况下的受力分析,深入理解其在不同工作条件下所受到的切削阻力和牵引力等复杂应力的影响,基于受力分析的结果,建立截齿疲劳强度可靠性模型,求解模型中的参数,截齿的应力分布参数、强度分布参数,将其代入疲劳强度可靠性模型中进行计算,求解出截齿在特定时刻的疲劳强度可靠度。结果表明,设计方法能够显著提高截齿的疲劳强度可靠度,降低其在工作过程中发生疲劳损伤的风险。
Reliability Analysis of Fatigue Strength of Interceptor Teeth of Coal Mining Machine under Multiple Working Conditions
By proposing the fatigue strength reliability analysis of coal mining machine interceptor teeth impact of cutting resistance and traction and other complex stresses under different working conditions was understood,based on the results of the force analysis,the establishment of the interceptor fatigue strength reliability model,solving the parameters in the model,the parameters of the stress distribution of the interceptor teeth,the parameters of the strength distribution,and substituting them into the fatigue strength reliability model for the calculation.The results show that the design method can significantly improve the fatigue strength reliability of the trunnion and reduce the risk of fatigue damage.
