Mechanical Analysis and Optimisation of Key Components of CNC Milling Machine
In order to improve the application effect of CNC milling machine,taking LK3060 CNC milling machine as an example,a mechanical analysis and optimisation method of key components of CNC milling machine is introduced.The basic situation of LK3060 CNC milling machine is described,based on which the static and dynamic characteristics of the beam and column are simulated and analysed,and the corresponding optimization scheme and the application effect of the optimized scheme are verified according to the results of the simulation and analysis.The results show that compared with the original CNC milling machine,the deformation of the optimised CNC milling machine decreases significantly,up to about 6%,and the probability of resonance problems decreases significantly.It shows that the simulation analysis results and optimisation scheme are reasonable,and the method can be promoted on a large scale.
