基于复杂零件的齿轮箱箱体类零件数控加工工艺研究

齿轮箱箱体类零件数控加工工艺直接生成加工刀具路径未进行刀具选型,由此提出基于复杂零件的齿轮箱箱体类零件数控加工工艺研究.研究重点包括刀具的选择、加工路径的优化以及表面粗糙度的控制等方面.通过对比实验,验证了所提工艺方案的有效性和可行性.结果表明,相比于文献方法所提的工艺方法能够显著降低零件表面粗糙度,为齿轮箱箱体类零件的高质量数控加工提供了重要的技术支持和理论依据.
Research on CNC Machining Process of Gearbox Case-Like Parts Based on Complex Parts
Gearbox case class parts CNC machining process directly generates machining tool path without tool selection,which puts forward the research on CNC machining process of gearbox case class parts based on complex parts.The research focus includes tool selection,machining path optimization and surface roughness control.Through comparative experiments,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed process program is verified.The results show that the proposed process can significantly reduce the surface roughness of the parts compared with the literature method,which provides important technical support and theoretical basis for the high-quality CNC machining of gear box body parts.
