摘要
针对EBZ160型掘进机外喷雾降尘装置在使用过程中存在的用水量大、降尘效率低的不足,建立了外喷雾降尘模拟试验台,对影响喷雾降尘的供水压力、喷嘴雾化角、喷嘴射程等进行了验证分析,确定了不同喷雾降尘参数下的降尘率.根据实际应用表明,当喷雾降尘供水压力为1.5 MPa时具有最佳的喷雾降尘效果,极大地提升了井下喷雾降尘效果和经济性.
Abstract
Aiming at the shortcomings of large water consumption and low dust reduction efficiency of the external spraying dust reduction mechanism of EBZ160 roadheader in the process of using,a simulation test bench was set up to optimize the spraying dust reduction mechanism of EBZ160 roadheader.An external spray dust reduction simulation test bench was established to verify and analyze the water supply pressure,nozzle atomization angle,nozzle range,etc.,which affect the spray dust reduction,and determine the dust reduction rate under different spray dust reduction parameters.According to the practical application,the best spraying effect is achieved when the spraying water supply pressure is 1.5 MPa,which greatly improves the effect and economy of underground spraying.
