摘要

基于有限元方法建立某商用车制动踏板总成离散化模型,加载相应的边界,对其进行刚度仿真,分析结果显示其最大变形符合设计标准.模态仿真结果表明其第一阶频率避开了激励频率,满足振动要求.强度性能分析结果显示其最大塑性应变均小于工程要求,能够满足实际使用.通过加载不同的载荷和循环次数,得到其疲劳损伤小于1,符合疲劳性能要求.该分析结果能够为制动踏板总成的优化研究提供参考.

Abstract

Based on the finite element method,a discretized model of a commercial vehicle brake pedal assembly is established,the corresponding boundary is loaded,and the stiffness simulation is carried out,and the analysis results show that its maximum deformation meets the design standard.The modal simulation results show that its first order frequency avoids the excitation frequency and meets the vibration requirements.Strength performance analysis results show that the maximum plastic strain is less than the engineering requirements,which can meet the practical use.By loading different loads and cycle times,the fatigue damage is less than 1,which meets the fatigue performance requirements.The analysis results can provide reference for the optimization research of brake pedal assembly.
