摘要

为进一步探究煤矿刮板输送机中部槽应力与变形特征的更多细节因素,以某型刮板输送机在正常工况下的运行条件为基础,建立离散元模型对其中部槽结构的应力与变形特性进行分析,明确了该刮板输送机中部槽结构的应力与变形分布,以及可能的优化路径.在此基础上,通过现场实验,确定基于离散元模型的中部槽结构的应力与变形特性仿真分析结果具有相对较高的准确性,因此建立的仿真分析方法可在后续的工作中进一步应用.

Abstract

In order to further investigate more details of the stress and deformation characteristics of the central trough of the scraper conveyor in coal mine,based on the operating conditions of a certain type of scraper conveyor under normal working conditions,a discrete element model is established to analyse the stress and deformation characteristics of its central trough structure,and the stress and deformation distributions of the central trough structure of the scraper conveyor and the possible optimization paths are clarified.On this basis,through field experiments,it is determined that the simulation results of the stress and deformation characteristics of the middle trough structure based on the discrete element model have relatively high accuracy,and therefore the simulation and analysis method established can be further applied in the subsequent work.
