复杂地层盾构机刀盘设计分析

为解决海底复杂地层超大直径盾构刀盘设计中面临的刀间距布置、刀盘结构分析等难题,基于某海湾隧道工程地质特点,对盾构穿越海域段全断面软土层、孤石侵入的软土地层、基岩突起地层等工况开展分析。根据工程实际应用情况表明,刀盘结构的强度和刚度满足相关要求,同时刀具间的间距设计合理等一系列措施提升了盾构机在淤泥和海底软硬不均地层的适应性,这些措施可为类似海底复杂地层盾构机的选择和设计提供一定的参考。
Analysis on Cutter Head Design of Shield Machine in Complex Strata
With the rapid development of urban subway construction in China,shield tunneling machine is widely used.China is a vast country with different engineering geological and hydrological conditions in different regions and cities.Even the working conditions in different sections of the same city may vary greatly.If the cutter head design of shield tunneling machine is not reasonable,the cutter head will bear strong impact in the process of tunneling,and the whole shield tunneling machine will produce violent vibration,and the cutter head may have partial wear,chipping,bearing damage and other failure forms,thus causing a series of difficult problems and affecting tunneling efficiency.In order to solve the problems such as cutter spacing arrangement,Cutter Head Structure Analysis,cutter head function optimization and so on,which are faced with in the design of extra large diameter shield cutter head in complex subsea stratum,based on the engineering geology and hydrologic characteristics of a Gulf tunnel,this paper analyzes the working conditions of shield driving through the soft soil stratum of the whole section,the soft soil stratum invaded by boulders and the stratum of the base rock protuberance.The engineering application shows that the structure strength and rigidity of the cutter head meet the requirements,the cutter spacing design is reasonable,and the cutter head optimization measures enhance the adaptability of the shield in silt and soft-hard uneven stratum of the seabed,it can provide a certain reference for type selection and design of shield in similar complex subsea strata.
