通过对锂离子电池的热失控测试,得到230 Ah磷酸铁锂电池最大产气速率为17。3 L/s。采用多层金属丝网压制而成的阻火片,开发了一款隔爆泄压装置。30 mm直径的隔爆泄压装置在50 kPa压力下,可具备9。495 L/s的透气速率,即采用2个隔爆泄压装置即可满足1颗电池的热失控泄压需求。此装置不仅具备泄压功能,并满足井下爆炸性环境及潮湿环境下的隔爆要求及防水要求。基于此隔爆泄压装置开发的矿用隔爆型锂离子蓄电池电源箱,通过了防爆国标和煤矿行标的试验测试。
Structural Design and Test of Mining Explosion-Proof Lithium-Ion Battery Power Box
Mining underground transportation equipment has been developing towards lithium-ion,but the safety of lithium-ion batteries seriously limits its popularization and application.Through the thermal runaway test of lithium-ion batteries,the maximum gas production rate of 230 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery is 17.3 L/s.A bursting pressure relief device is developed by using the fire stopper made of multi-layer wire mesh.30 mm diameter bursting pressure relief device can have a permeability rate of 9.495 Us under 50 kPa pressure,i.e.,the use of two bursting pressure relief devices can meet the requirements of one battery.Battery thermal runaway pressure relief needs.This device not only has the function of pressure relief,but also meets the requirements of explosion isolation and waterproofing in underground explosive and humid environments.The explosion-proof lithium-ion battery power supply box developed based on this explosion-proof pressure relief device has passed the test of explosion-proof national standard and coal mine standard.
