摘要
基于传统手动移液枪进行灌装的生产效率以及精准度比较低,需要对灌装机进行升级处理,以此满足生产建设的需求,提升生产效率以及生产质量.当前,在开展工作的过程中,IVD行业微升级高精度灌装机,提升了整体生产建设的自动化程度,以此提升生产效率以及生产质量,同时也可以提升灌装的精准性,满足生产行业的需求,保证后续应用的安全性.
Abstract
The traditional manual pipette gun filling method has been unable to meet the needs of the current development,and its production efficiency and accuracy is relatively low,so it needs to be upgraded to meet the needs of the production and construction,to improve production efficiency and production quality.Currently,in the process of carrying out the work,the IVD industry micro upgrade high-precision filling machine,to enhance the overall automation of the production construction,in order to improve the production efficiency and quality of production,but also to improve the accuracy of filling,to meet the needs of the production industry,to ensure the safety of the subsequent application.
