Design and Simulation of an EDEM-Based Directional Attitude Adjustment Mechanism for Rice Seed Discharger
The problems of the traditional seed dischargers are that they are all direct-imported and lack the directional attitude adjustment mechanism for hybrid rice seed particles,so that the final attitude of the imported seeds is uneven,which is not conducive to the uniformity of seed guidance.For the attitude of seed guide,design a directional posturing mechanism that can adjust the attitude of the seed so that the seed can be second posturing and uniformly and orderly seed filling,so that after the seed enters the posturing mechanism,it can automatically adjust the angle of the seed before filling,so that the seed sowing rate is greatly improved.In this paper,we use EDEM software to simulate and experiment the seed displacer,and optimize and improve the seed displacer attitude adjustment mechanism,which can lay a foundation for further research on other seed displacers.
