电梯钢丝绳损伤检测装置设计

针对现有电梯钢丝绳损伤检测装置体积大、检测精度不高的问题,从结构设计、系统设计两方面展开优化工作。采用4个霍尔磁传感器和1个聚磁器采集钢丝绳损伤数据并传送至系统控制模块,经分析、计算后确定钢丝绳损伤程度。最后完成钢丝绳断丝个数、断丝位置测试。测试结果表明,设计的电梯钢丝绳损伤检测装置体积小,能够较好的反映钢丝绳断丝个数、断丝位置等信息,检测精度高。
Design of Elevator Wire Rope Damage Detection Device
To solve the problems of large volume and low accuracy of existing elevator wire rope damage detection device,the optimization work is carried out from two aspects:structural design and system design.Four Hall magnetic sensors and one magnetic concentrator are used to collect the damage data of the wire rope and transmit it to the control module of the system.Finally,the number of broken wire and the position of broken wire are tested.The test results show that the designed elevator wire rope damage detection device is small in volume,can better reflect the number of wire broken,broken wire position and other information,and has high detection accuracy.
