使用悬臂支架支撑设备比较典型,应用Solid Edge ST10软件对悬臂支架进行了结构分析和优化设计.先进行了有限元结构分析,得到最大应力29.6 MPa,在此基础上进行了优化设计计算,得到了 16种方案,经过筛选找出了最节省材料同时又能完全承受载荷的"方案16".结果表明:优化后的悬臂支架能够满足给定的条件,"方案16"的悬臂支架质量是原来的92.3%,节省了材料成本.
Solid Edge Lightweight Design of Cantilever Brackets
The use of cantilever brackets to support equipment is quite typical,Solid Edge ST10 software was applied to analyze and optimize the structure of the cantilever bracket.First,a finite element structural analysis was conducted,obtain a maximum stress of 29.6 MPa,on this basis,optimization design calculations were carried out,obtained 16 solutions,after screening,the"Plan 16"was identified as the most material efficient and fully load-bearing solution.The results indicate that:the optimized cantilever bracket can meet the given conditions,the quality of the cantilever bracket in Plan 16 is 92.3%of the original,saves material costs.
