Research on the Structural Design of Energy Efficient Agricultural Machinery Transmission System
The structural design of energy-efficient agricultural machinery transmission system is studied,aiming to improve the operating efficiency of agricultural machinery and reduce energy consumption.By analysing the operating characteristics of agricultural machinery,the performance requirements of the transmission system are clarified,including high power transmission efficiency,system stability and adaptability.The research focuses on the optimal design of gears,bearings and lubrication systems to reduce energy loss and improve system durability.Significant improvements in transmission efficiency were achieved through shape trimming techniques,high-performance material selection and intelligent control strategies.The experimental results show that the optimally designed transmission system has achieved significant results in improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption,which is of great significance in promoting the green development of agricultural mechanisation.
