一种穿经机的往复分纱机构设计

为了提高全自动穿经机中分纱速率,研究设计了一种全自动往复分纱机构。该分纱机构由张力机构、往复夹纱机构、螺旋分纱机构组成。各机构相互配合为全自动穿经机的钩针提供纱线,实现自动分纱。实验结果表明:全自动分纱机构运行稳定,分纱效率为170根/min。
Design of A Reciprocating Yarn Separation Mechanism for A Warp Knitting Machine
In order to improve the yarn separation rate in fully automatic warp knitting machines,a fully automatic reciprocating yarn separation mechanism was studied and designed.The yarn separation mechanism consists of a tension mechanism,a reciprocating yarn clamping mechanism,and a spiral yarn separation mechanism.Each institution cooperates with each other to provide yarn for the crochet of the fully automatic warp knitting machine,achieving automatic yam separation.The experimental results show that the fully automatic yarn separation mechanism operates stably,with a yarn separation efficiency of 170 pieces/min.
