矿井带式输送机防撕裂装置的研究与应用

某煤矿井下实际生产过程中所采用的带式输送机常常会出现带面磨损、带面纵向撕裂的情况,进而发生带面撕裂事故.基于此,以超前保护作为主要出发点,设计一种防异物卡压撕裂和防异物穿透撕裂的保护装置,并将其应用于实际生产中.在使用该保护装置后,带式输送机发生因带面撕裂导致停机的事故次数大大减少,经调查统计因带面撕裂导致停机事故的平均次数可由40次/月降低至5次/月,事故发生概率降低了 70%,充分说明了设计该保护系统的必要性,确保了矿井安全高效生产.
Research and Application of Anti-Tearing Device for Mining Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyors used in the actual production process of a coal mine often suffer from belt surface wear and longitudinal tearing of the belt surface,which leads to belt surface tearing accidents.Based on this,we design a kind of protection device to prevent foreign object jamming and tearing and to prevent foreign object penetrating and tearing as the main starting point,and apply it in the actual production.After using this protection device,the number of accidents of belt conveyor stopping due to belt face tearing is greatly reduced,and the average number of accidents due to belt face tearing can be reduced from 40 to 5 times/month,and the probability of accidents is reduced by 70%,and the probability of accidents is reduced by 70%,which is the same as that of belt face tearing.The probability of accidents has been reduced by 70%,which fully demonstrates the necessity of designing this protection system and ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
