Design of Mechatronic Precision Positioning Manipulator Based on Machine Vision
The design of mechatronic precision positioning manipulator based on machine vision is investigated,aiming to improve the automation level of precision operation in manufacturing industry.By integrating advanced machine vision technology and mechatronic design,precise identification and positioning of target objects are achieved.The research focuses on the overall design of the manipulator,the selection of key hardware,the analysis of linear motor parameters,and the positioning accuracy test method.The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy and repetition accuracy of the manipulator are significantly improved after adopting the error compensation technology,which meets the needs of application scenarios such as precision assembly.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the design of precision positioning manipulators,which is of great significance in promoting the development of industrial automation technology.
