摘要
提出了一种新型自主清垢机构,通过机架、循环往复驱动机构、清垢机构和清洗机构等部分的有机结合,并进行了详细的理论分析和实验研究.结果表明,该机构有效清除托辊表面的污垢,提高输送机的运行效率,降低维护成本.
Abstract
A new type of autonomous descaling mechanism is proposed through the organic combination of frame,cyclic drive mechanism,descaling mechanism and cleaning mechanism,and detailed theoretical analysis and experimental research are carried out.The results show that the mechanism effectively removes the dirt on the surface of the rollers,improves the operating efficiency of the conveyor and reduces the maintenance cost.
